oh emm gee une
its london fashion week babes
and i reckon its times for a complete look at whats what.
London fashion week defines the entire year of trends for me and is very important to look ahead for the rest of 2009.
It looks like gothic chic is still here to stay with some twists on the look, like a goth military hybrid.
"Little Drummer Girl meets Grange Hill"
This has been called "Luella's New Uniform" as if its something you need to wear, complusorary to anyone who likes to be known as "hot in 2009".
Luella also included some to die for floral pieces. They get it right so why stop i guess.
Im still not used to saying that its 2009, its seems strange.
Julien MacDonald seems to have flown from his more glam catwalks and has incorporated these edgy touches. dramatic spikes and lace seem to be going around like clockwork.
I love this edgy look, but i feel like it can sometimes be too edgy. I do tend to dip into this look, but the next day i can do a total turn around and wear something floaty and feminine. It all depends on how its put together, i guess some pieces are for me, and some just arn't.
Looking like a satanic bumblebee is not on my agenda for 2009
House of Holland show starts at 16:45 today. Really Soon, should be good.
More to come. All this hulabaloo, i wish i could just lie in the sun all day in a pair of denim shorts, lacoste polo and ray bans. They are just too comfy

she defines breathtaking..
I love how Victoria Beckham thought that she could pull off an Audrey, how wrong she was.
The LBD and pearls is still such a classic. I wish I had a chance to dress more elegantly. Like at dinner parties or high society social occasions. I sometimes wish that i could be invited to a funeral just so i can dress in black and look smart. how morbid.

Ive had a just as fabulous singles valentines day :)
I made a valentines cake with cream and heart shaped strawberries then decided to watch pretty in pink. i also bought myself a face pack and had a lovely bath.
who needs men when you have you have cake shaped bath bombs.
In this months NYLON Peaches Geldof was quoted to say:
"Last year I spent February 14th alone watching Bambi, goring on a box of milk chocolates, and weeping loudly. While most of my friends were out with their boyfriends smugly eating celebratory dinners, I was crying over an animated deer escaping a forest fire"
what a great way to spend valentines day without all the hoo haa
but he wouldn't go a miss
