London fashion week defines the entire year of trends for me and is very important to look ahead for the rest of 2009.
It looks like gothic chic is still here to stay with some twists on the look, like a goth military hybrid.
"Little Drummer Girl meets Grange Hill"This has been called "Luella's New Uniform" as if its something you need to wear, complusorary to anyone who likes to be known as "hot in 2009".
Luella also included some to die for floral pieces. They get it right so why stop i guess.
Im still not used to saying that its 2009, its seems strange.
Julien MacDonald seems to have flown from his more glam catwalks and has incorporated these edgy touches. dramatic spikes and lace seem to be going around like clockwork.I love this edgy look, but i feel like it can sometimes be too edgy. I do tend to dip into this look, but the next day i can do a total turn around and wear something floaty and feminine. It all depends on how its put together, i guess some pieces are for me, and some just arn't.
Looking like a satanic bumblebee is not on my agenda for 2009House of Holland show starts at 16:45 today. Really Soon, should be good.
More to come. All this hulabaloo, i wish i could just lie in the sun all day in a pair of denim shorts, lacoste polo and ray bans. They are just too comfy
